| Do you microwave your soy? | Nope. I don't like what microwaves do to my baked potatoes, so I don't microwave my soy flakes for you. It could save some time to do so - but I like the final product better by double-boiling. |
| What ingredients are made in China? | NONE. I found a source in India for the WickDippers. But our soy flakes are grown in North Carolina and processed in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Libbey Glass is a major source of the glassware I use. Scents are concocted by vendors in the U.S. Wicks are from a firm in Nettetal, Germany. |
| My second order of Caramel Apple are a little more brown than the first order. | Well, my quality control agent (er, my dear wife) said that that scent should be a little more brown. The scent is the same strength, though! |
| Will you make me some candles in another scent??? |
If your desired scent is available in a safe, soy-wax-compatible liquid from one of my trusted vendors, I will make a 12-candle minimum run for you. Send me your request using the form above. Although it's a special order, I'll try my best to keep the pricing the same for you. |
